Tijuana International Airport Parking

Tijuana International Airport is a bi-national airport with the main airport terminal on the Mexican side of the border and a smaller terminal, CBX, on the US side of the border.

Parking is available on both sides of the border to cater passengers from both nations.

Payment methods available include Visa and MasterCard.

Parking at Tijuana Airport – Mexican side, Main Terminal

The Mexican airport has both short and long term parking options available with the long-term parking divided into covered and uncovered parking spaces. Short-term Parking is recommended to visitors that are dropping off travelers or that are only spending a few hours at the airport while long-term parking fits those who are parked for longer periods of time better.

Approximately 4% of the parking spaces are dedicated to disabled parking. Trucks can park in the uncovered parking lot as it is suitable for big vehicles and trucks. Parking fees are the same for trucks as for regular vehicles.

The airport has an anti-theft policy which means that travelers who get their vehicles stolen while parked in any of the lots are compensated. The parking lots have 24/7 security, but this is no guarantee they will be safe.

Parking Fees will vary depending on which type of parking is used. Fees are paid upon exiting the airport.

Short-term Fees: For the first hour the fee is approximately USD$2/MEX$43, while the daily maximum is approximately USD$16/MEX$340.

Long-term Fees: There is only a daily fee for long-term parking with the uncovered parking fee at approximately USD$12/MEX$255 and the covered parking fee at approximately USD$18/MEX$385.

Parking at Tijuana Airport – US side, CBX Terminal

There is no specific long-term parking available at the CBX Terminal, even though there are a total of 4 parking lots available.

The Premium lot is located in front of the terminal, while Lots 1, 2 and 3 are slightly further away, although all within walking distance.

Valet Parking at CBX is subject to availability on selected dates.

Reserved Parking is available for Lot 3 and Premium at the daily rate of $25.00.
